The box draw for the 2015 Rapidvite Peter Mosman has opened up the opportunity for Fernando Bale to be finally conquered at Wentworth Park.

Chasing his fourth Group 1 victory for 2015, Fernando Bale opened the first semi final in fine fashion. Ruebelly Magic led the multiple Group 1 winner to the winning post the first time, before the flying star picked up the lead through the pen and dashed away to claim his 12th straight victory.

Recording best of the night figures of 29.47, Fernando Bale was masterful in his display, with litter sister Kenju Bale finishing in second to also qualify.

Second semi-final of the night went the way of Dyna Double One, from box six. In a stride for stride event early, Dyna Double One eventually kicked clear of Camacho to win by over nine lengths in 29.54.

The Dailly kennels then made it a third straight semi win, when Group 3 Ladies Bracelet Elfen Bale led throughout. Clocking 29.86, Elfen Bale who had been freshened up this week, recorded the fastest first section spilt of the qualifiers at 5.32. Elfen Bale's victory not only giving the Dailly kennel four qualifiers in the final, but also three form the Kelsos Fusileer x Chloe Allen litter to qualify.

Looking for the clean sweep of semi-finals, the Dailly's went into Race 7 with Lektra Outlaw and Crackerjack Burn well in commission. It was however, Neil Staines with Tullabung Honey which claimed the prize in 29.91. Tullabung Honey was able to hold out No Donuts who threatened throughout the run to secure the gutsy win and book a place in the $75,000 to the winner final.

The box draw was completed trackside following Race 8, with No Donuts drawing favourably in box one, while Dyna Double One has drawn well in box eight. Fernando Bale will have to overcome a middle draw to record his fourth Group 1 title.
